Gener8 Finance was established by a Management Team with more than 75 years experience in the sector.

Based in Oxfordshire, Gener8 provides services to clients based country wide but predominantly to businesses based in the South and Midlands.

Our focus is on providing services to growing SMEs generally under £5 million turnover where borrowing needs are less than £500,000. Facilities can be for any business where goods or services have been delivered and credit given from new start upwards.

We don’t like to use the “F” word in our business – Factoring – we do not feel it explains what we do and in our view has become a little tarnished in recent years with poor collection performance by some providers and fee structures based around turnover not borrowing.

We are not here to interfere in the process of payment or upset your customers – no one wins if this happens. If you collect your cash well – under 60 days is good these days – we will leave you to it and you just ask if you have a problem and need our help. We will provide finance against your unpaid invoices and monitor how your customers pay. Facilities can be confidential – so your customer is not aware of our involvement – or disclosed – dependent on whether we are collecting your unpaid invoices for you and in part linked to your financial standing.

Nearly all our fees are based on what our clients want to borrow. If you only need a small finance line against a large sales ledger we will only charge you based on what you borrow and not what you may turnover. This allows you to forecast much more accurately what your finance fees will be and does not penalise you for increased sales turnover where you manage your cash flow within the parameters of the facility.

Our business is all about our people, staff and clients alike. We pride ourselves on providing service focused solutions to all of our clients and do not wish to hide behind internet based communication systems, unlike some of the larger players in our sector. We are here to talk and visit every client as they need us. Some need little of our time but as each business grows and changes we are here to help that process with the minimum of fuss.
